Abstract
Project management methods have been developed to ensure a higher success rates for the projects. Agile project management is better solution to the problem of extremely complex varying requirements. In order to investigate the effects of using agile practices, we have conducted a literature review. In this review, assessment was made, based on the use of scrum a leading agile development method. The review indicates that the productivity of a project can be increased using agile principles.
