Abstract

This paper utilizes the simulation of the multi-junction and tandem structure of the solar cell to build the retention of solar cells. The efficiency of the solar cell is improved by the plan and simulation of solar cells stacked of materials having distinctive band holes particularly III-V group. The structure of multi-level band gaps semiconductor layers enables to trap solar spectrum over a wide range. It enables high cumulative efficiency over a single junction solar cell. The efficiency improvement technique has been examined utilizing TCAD tools to proficiently choose modules and surface surfaces. Huge increments in throughput and minimization of losses are achieved utilizing TCAD tools utilizing device simulation and process simulation stages.
