Abstract
The solubility of Carbon dioxide in aqueous 3-(Dimethylamino)-1-propylamine was measure at the temperatures 313.15 K and 333.15 K and at the partial pressures of Carbon dioxide up to 300 kPa. 3-(Dimethylamino)-1-propylamine demonstrated very high solubility compared with other common amines such as monoethanolamine, methyldiethanolamine, piperazine, etc. Solubility data were correlated with electrolyte non-random two-liquid model.
