Abstract

Exercise and Food both are important in our life. But exercise must be done under the supervision of the health advisor. For food we need to follow the dietician advice as the age and the structure of our body matters. In this system try to give advice in prior and they need to follow the diet and do exercise steps according to their age and convenience. Exercising regularly has wide-ranging physical, emotional and social health benefits. The system is built to evaluate the personal Profile and evaluate personalized diet Plan for individuals. The proposed system try to give accurate suggestion and Perfect diet plan considering the crucial factor like Geo Location, Meal Category (Veg and Non Veg Preference). User need to exercise safely to remain healthy and injury-free. Safety is about using common sense, understanding basic techniques and listening to our body. The system make use of KNN algorithm for better approach and result for the diet chart and recommendation of the exercise of the dieting system. The system makes use of different modules such as Food calorie intake Calculator Module, BMI Calculator module, and Mealtime Planner Module. Review based Feedback system, acceptability of Suggestion and Diet updated by the system will help to enhance the performance of the system and motivate user to make changes in accordance to real time user feedback and live suggestion.
