Abstract

Submission to the UK Intellectual Property Office in relation to their post-implementation review of the 2014 copyright reforms. Our submission includes analysis of the revised preservation copying exception for libraries, archives and museums (Part B); fair dealing for quotation, illustration for instruction, and caricature, parody or pastiche (Part C); and schemes for orphaned works (Part D). This submission constitutes our own views and is not the official response of our universities.
