Abstract
The paper deals with the analysis of the role innovative information-communication technologies in the development of reputational capital of Russia. In our opinion, the formation of the reputational capital of Russia has its own specifics and in modern conditions is becoming increasingly theoretical and pragmatic value. Reputational capital is becoming one of the most important directions for choosing the future, receiving a technological dimension, transforming the course of the country's socio-political development in the global world. We made the conclusion that political science and political actors are actively searching for relevant means and methods for solving applied problems in the political space, continuing to outline the areas of application of innovative technologies. The problems of introducing innovations are in correlation dependence on the entire system of political development with an emphasis on information technology support of modern political processes. The trends of further informatization and technologization of political space with a shock phase of technical innovations are traced.
