Abstract
The narrative review study was conducted to reveal the impact of various environment factors on participation of children with Cerebral palsy by reviewing existing published articles. The study result showed that making changes in the environment factors (larger size rooms, adapted toilets, transport facilities, parking space, and ramp in public places) facilitate participation of children with Cerebral Palsy. There are various definitions and components are considered as environmental factors due to that it was difficult to find many studies related to the concept.Further to these, study results showed that clinicians should change their intervention focus from biological framework to biopsychosocial framework to provide better improvement for beneficiaries.
