Abstract

Greek Abstract: Το παρόν κείμενο έχει ως στόχο να δώσει στους νέους ερευνητές ένα μεθοδολογικό περίγραμμα ανάλυσης και έρευνας που αφορά τη σύγχρονη κοινωνική πολιτική και το κοινωνικό κράτος κατά τον 21ο αιώνα. Τονίζει το πρωταρχικό ρόλο της κοινωνίας, των κοινωνικών αναγκών και κοινωνικών προβλημάτων ως αφετηρία τη ςανάλυσης ,εξηγεί τα διαφορετικά επίπεδα του ρόλου της οικονομίας και τελικά προτείνει την κατανόηση της κοινωνικής πολιτικής ως διαδικασία από-εμπορευματοποιησης.

English Abstract: The essay aims to give the young scholars a methodological and theoretical frame for analyzing contemporary social policy and welfare state issues. It underlines the principal role of the society in terms of the societal needs and problems as the starting point of the analysis, explains the different levels of the economy involvement and finally argues for understanding social policy as a de-commodification process.
