Russian Abstract: В рыночной экономике существенное влияние на размещение производства оказывают процессы концентрации факторов производства и ожидания их собственников. Большинство моделей строится на предположении о равной степени представленности в экономике высоко- и низкопроизводительных фирм. Существуют определенные сложности в идентификации агломерационных эффектов, самоотбора и двустороннего отбора предприятий на агломерационные рынки, связанные с одновременностью действия механизмов. В статье рассмотрены несколько уже существующих методов анализа производительности предприятий в данном контексте.

English Abstract: In a market economy, the processes of concentration of factors of production and expectations of their owners exert a significant influence on the location of production. Most models are based on the assumption of an equal degree of representation in the economy of high and low-productivity firms. There are certain difficulties in identifying agglomeration effects, self selection and bilateral selection of enterprises in agglomeration markets associated with the simultaneity of mechanisms. The article examined several existing methods for analyzing the productivity of enterprises in this context.
