Abstract
Information is spread around the world by means of communication. Information is the resolution of uncertainty; it is that which answers the question of "what an entity is" and thus defines both its essence and nature of its characteristics. This explains what the word Information means is. Communication is the act of conveying meanings from one entity or group to another through the use oftransmitting and receiving signals. Tower is constructed around the world which helps in transmitting and receiving signals, at times during disaster, towers are seem to be less effective in transmitting or receiving signals for emergency purpose. Construction of tower is made with the help of fibre materials which is more costly when compared to other materials used.This disadvantage made the evolution of our Dynamic Network Emitter, where it is portable and helps in continuous spreading of information when at emergency times. Drone is set up to help with the purpose and Drones have had numerous other uses in the defence, military, tactical, and modern warfare world as well.
