Abstract

The informal economy sector problem that occurred seemed to be a routine problem in the community, such as the rotation cycle, never stopped although theoretically this sector is not a new phenomenon. The informal sector is all around us since man walked the earth. Because of this emerging sector since humans on earth, they do activities to meet their needs by creating their own jobs or self employed. However, the informal sector always get a title as "inhibitors" development. The predicate is always reap the problems that were increasingly narrow room for maneuver. As a result, the informal sector is increasingly difficult to develop their business to meet the necessities of life.

But in fact the informal sector to fill at least two-thirds of the national economy is causing economic engine into a road that can improve well-being and boost economic growth and it should be noted that the structure of the informal economy is a strategic part of the economic system in Indonesia.
