Effect of Teacher Teaching Skills, Learn Discipline, and Attitude Towards Student Learning Motivation

Abstract
Motivation is a process to activate the motive into an act or behavior to meet the needs and achieve certain goals. In the process of learning motivation is said to be vital for the motivation to learn an actuator someone does learning activities like going to school, the place of the course, or follow the activities related to education. Motivation is important because of education associated with the object itself. Like children who are interested in learning, knowledge, art (positive motivation) however they could also be interested in negative things like drinking illegal drugs, promiscuity and others. Motivation to study young children will not disappear but it will evolve in ways that could lead them to make themselves better or also vice versa. This is what must be considered by parents and teachers. This research was conducted in Indonesia by using the object that is the student / I SMK in East Jakarta. Samples used for this study were 200 respondents. And researchers perform data analysis using regression analysis Linear with applications Statistical Product Service Solutions (SPSS) version 25. The study included the premiere of data as a gauge for the motivation to learn as the dependent variable and the teachers' teaching skills, learning discipline and attitude of students as independent variables.
