Abstract
This study aims to determine whether the Influence Discipline Learning, the Learning Environment, and Varisasi Teaching Teachers to Student Achievement. This study was conducted over five months starting in March until July 2019. The research method used was survey method with approach of causality. The population in this study is the millennial population, amounting to 198 respondents. Technique intake until nonprobability technique used is purposive sampling millennial population who live in the region of Jakarta, so that the sample in this study amounted to 198 respondents. Data collection techniques using literature techniques and questionnaires. Data were analyzed using SPSS software. Results showed that each variable that has the same effect. It can be said, Student Achievement higher if it would have a Discipline Learning, the Learning Environment, Teaching and Teacher good variation in learning achievement. And Discipline Learning, the Learning Environment, Teaching and Teacher good variation would produce a high Student Achievement. The above description shows that there are significant jointly and significant correlation between Discipline Learning, the Learning Environment, Variation Teaching Teachers.
