Abstract

This note takes stock of the Global Partnership for Social Accountability's (GPSA) ongoing integration of 'adaptive learning' in its strategy, programming and operations to date. It is a 'live' document prepared to feed into the GPSA’s current strategy review, as well as to inform and build bridges with other efforts within the GGP to address the issue of adaptive learning in the development field.

The note (i) explains why and how the concept was integrated into the GPSA’s theory of change and results framework, and (ii) briefly reviews how this integration is evolving across the GPSA’s core programmatic components.

Keywords: adaptive learning, social accountability
