Abstract

The article discusses aspects of nuclear weapons policy of Israel, and the advisory opinion from the World Court or the International Court of Justice (ICJ) about the use of nuclear weapons. Topics include various resolutions from the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) on nuclear weapons, the legal position of Israel regarding nuclear weapons, and the declarations of illegality of nuclear weapons under the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty.
