Abstract

This Article considers the interpretive difficulties surrounding emergency care under Chapter 74 of the Texas Civil Practice and Remedies Code, contemplates how the emergency medical care statute applies in a variety of circumstances, and suggests a solution to the interpretive confusion created by the inclusion of the emergency medical care jury instruction in Chapter 74.
