Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how women's leadership in the education sector in Merauke Regency. This study used a qualitative approach, the informants selected were informants of female leaders in the education sector, namely in high schools and universities. From this study, it is known that women's leadership in the education sector in Merauke Regency is included in transformational leadership, where the application is very good, seen from personality, broad capabilities, communication skills, good and able to be exemplary and transformational for others.
