תקציר בעברית: באירופה שוררת תפיסה רגולטורית אינטגרטיבית באשר לטיפול בפליטות מזהמים ממפעלים תעשייתיים. לקראת רפורמה המתבצעת במשרד להגנת הסביבה להחלת עקרונות רגולציה אינטגרטיבית על מפעלים בישראל (חוקרישוי סביבתי משולב), חובר מסמך זה, הסוקר את מערכת הרגולציה האירופית אשר אימצה את התפיסה האינטגרטיבית, מציג את עקרונותיה הבסיסיים ועומד על היתרונות והחסרונות הגלומים בה. סופו של המסמךבשורה של המלצות ליישום בזירה המקומית.
