Abstract

Thai Abstract: การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ ศึกษาระดับการมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชนในการขับเคลื่อนนโยบายสาธารณะด้านสงิ่ แวดล้อมของสมัชชาสุขภาพจังหวัด ภาคใต้ตอนบน เปรียบเทียบระดับการมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชน จาแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ประกอบด้วย เพศ, อายุ, ระดับการศึกษา, อาชีพ และรายได้ต่อเดือนแตกต่างกัน และศึกษาปัจจัยแวดล้อมที่ส่งผลต่อของการมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชน การศึกษาวิจัยในครัง้ นี้ใช้วิธีวิทยาทัง้ เชิงปริมาณและเชิงคุณภาพตัวอย่างในการวิจัย คือ ประชาชนที่มีส่วนร่วม จา นวน 295 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ คือ แบบสอบถามสถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสถิติที การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนแบบทางเดียว และทดสอบความแตกต่างรายคู่ ด้วยวิธีของ LSD เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจียเชิงคุณภาพ คือการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก การสังเกตแบบมีส่วนร่วมและโฟกัสกรุ๊ป ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ระดับการมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชนในการขับเคลื่อนนโยบายสาธารณะด้านสงิ่ แวดล้อมของสมัชชาสุขภาพจังหวัด ภาคใต้ตอนบน ภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก(  = 4.05) ระดับการมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชน จาแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล พบว่า เพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา อาชีพและรายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือน แตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสาคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ.05 ปัจจัยแวดล้อมที่ส่งผลต่อการมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชน พบว่า ด้านจิตสาธารณะในชุนชน อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด

English Abstract: This study examines the level of participation of people in environment public policy of the upper southern provincial health assembly, compares the level of participation of people into the classification according to individual factors of different sex, age, level of education, occupation, income, and factors that influence participation of people. Both quantitative and qualitative research methods were employed in this study. The samples of 295 who are participation of people. The research tools using in quantitative research are questionnaire, statistics were used frequencies, percentages, means, standard deviations, t-statistics are analyzed, methodologies include the one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) and LSD’s Multiple Comparison Test. Qualitative research use in-depth interview participant observation and focus group. Results show that the level of participation of people in environment public policy of the upper southern provincial health assembly, with the high level stands at 4.05. The level of participation of people is classified by individual factors. It is also found that sex, age, level of education, occupation, and income are related to the level of participation of people with significance at.05 levels. Factors influencing the participation of people found that in the public mind in the community, the highest level.
