Abstract

The article provides a detailed commentary to the advisory opinion of the International Court of Justice in Legal Consequences of the Construction of a Wall in the Occupied Palestinian Territory. It fills in the factual background to the case before moving to an extended summary of the opinion and a discussion of it. It concludes with a brief account of reactions to the Court’s findings.
