Abstract
תקציר בעברית: תחילה אציג את אשר נתפס בעיניי כתמצית הבעייתיות המוסרית והתועלתנית הטמונה בתוכנית של מפלגת "ישראל ביתנו" לחילופי שטחים מאוכלסים בין ישראל לבין הישות הפלסטינית (להלן: התוכנית), ולאחר- מכן אנתח את המשוכות החוקתיות העומדות בדרכה. אגב דיון זה אעסוק גם במרכיב של התוכנית – שהוא חלק מהצעה כוללת אחרת של "ישראל ביתנו" – להתנות את האזרחות הישראלית או את הזכות לבחור לכנסת בשבועת אמונים לישראל כמדינה יהודית.
