Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the family environment, learning discipline, readiness to learn and social competence of teachers influence on students' motivation. Techniques used in data collection was done by questionnaire with a sample size of 200 respondents using software Smart PLS v.3. The results and implications of this research is that this study supports previous research which in the study stated that research had previously been done by Dwi L Eva and Fahrur Rozi Muhsin (2019) with the title of Family Environment, Discipline Learning, Social Competence Master and Readiness Learning to Motivation that where the results of these studies indicate that there is the influence of the independent variable on the dependent. And the results of this study were. Family environment, the discipline of learning, readiness to learn, and social competence of teachers influence on students' motivation. Family environment influence on student motivation; Learning discipline effect on student motivation. Learning Readiness affect motivation for students and Teacher Social Competence effect on student motivation. Conclusions from this research is the family environment, learning discipline, readiness to learn, social competence of teachers influence on students' motivation simultaneously.
