Abstract

Russian Abstract: Научно-исследовательская работа «Инновационные технологии решения сложных задач в государственном и муниципальном управлении» участвовала во Втором конкурсе образовательных программ ПРООН, посвященного инкорпорированию в систему профессиональной подготовку государственных служащих Целей развития тысячелетия («Декларация тысячелетия» ООН). Она стала важным шагом в исследовании актуальной научной и практической проблемы российского государства. Все возрастает интерес всех ветвей и уровней власти к проблемам эффективности управления, внедрения инновационных технологий. «Инновационные технологии решения сложных задач в государственном и муниципальном управлении» является составной частью авторских учебно-методических комплексов. Авторская методология и методы решения сложных задач носит комплексный характер. Она может быть использована в преподавании учебных курсов: «Менеджмент социальных инноваций», «Корректирующие технологии управления нововведениями в процессах реформирования»; «Внедрение гендерного подхода в практику государственного управления»; «Информационная культура руководителя в контексте управления будущим»; «Взаимодействие органов власти с институтами гражданского общества по освоению социально-конструктивных инноваций»; «Маркетинг социальных инноваций», «Методика дистанционных коммуникаций» и др.

English Abstract: The research work “Innovative Technologies for Solving Difficult Tasks in State and Municipal Administration” participated in the Second UNDP competition of educational programs dedicated to incorporating the United Nations Millennium Development Goals into the system of professional training of civil servants. It became an important step in the study of topical scientific and practical problems of the Russian state. The interest of all branches and levels of government to the problems of management efficiency, the introduction of innovative technologies is growing. "Innovative technologies for solving complex problems in state and municipal management" is an integral part of the author's educational and methodical complexes. The author's methodology and methods for solving complex problems can be used in the teaching of training courses: “Management of social innovations”, “Corrective technologies for managing innovations in the reform processes”; "The introduction of a gender approach in the practice of public administration"; “Information culture of a manager in the context of managing the future”; "The interaction of government with civil society institutions for the development of social and constructive innovations"; “Social Innovation Marketing”, “Distance Communications Technique”, etc.
