Abstract

Spanish Abstract: El arbitraje es una institución que ha alcanzado un amplio uso en Latinoamérica. Bolivia no ha quedado ajena a ello. La presente obra (Tratado sobre Arbitraje. Análisis del Derecho español y del Derecho boliviano, Cochabamba, Kipus, 2014) aporta un análisis en profundidad de la regulación existente en el país en materia de arbitraje, procediendo a su comparación con el régimen jurídico presente en España. En el presente capítulo se estudia, en concreto, el régimen jurídico del laudo, sus efectos y su anulación, explicitando de forma exhaustiva sus regulación y falencias.

English Abstract: Commercial Arbitration has gained a relevant role in Latin America. Bolivia has also shared this approach for long. This book (Tratado sobre Arbitraje. Análisis del Derecho español y del Derecho boliviano, Cochabamba, Kipus, 2014) analyzes in depth its regulation and evolution, making a comparison with the regulation that exists in Spain. This chapter analyzes in depth and in a critical manner the rules on arbitration award, its effects and grounds for annulment.
