Abstract

This paper proposes the national disasters contingency plan for Singapore based on the application of the minimum food and water storage quota for natural disasters (Ð-Quota). Consequently, the main objective of the Ð-Quota is to calculate the approximate amount of food and water storage amount for Singapore annually in case of a possible natural disaster crisis. Finally, this paper is divided into two large sections: (i) the minimum food and water quota storage for natural disasters Ð-Quota calculation; (ii) the application food and water storage quota for natural disasters Ð-Quota to Singapore.
