Abstract
Blood group "O" plays a very important role in blood system. It can be transfused to A, B, AB recipients. By using the great demand of O blood group, scientists discovered different methods of blood conversion and making all blood type universal donor. Buffers play an important role in enzymatic reaction of blood conversion. Different buffers were used for blood conversion.
