Abstract

In 2015, there were about five lakhs road accidents in India, which killed about 1.5 lakhs people and injured about five lakhs people.18% of which happened due to lack of driver consciousness and 11% due to speeding, all of these would have been avoided at the first place if there was a more automated law obeying system. This is where the need of self driving car comes into picture which is completely automated and significantly reduces the death ratio due to accidents.
