Abstract
As per current data Breast Cancer is having a higher mortality ratio in females which needs an attention in order to prevent the disease. Computer Aided Drug Designing is one of the trending techniques to design a drug molecule against the responsible protein target like Structure Based Drug Designing, Ligand Based Drug Designing and Fragment Based Drug Designing. Here we have used FBDD approach to prevent binding of RAS related G proteins to the lysosomal surface which eventually helps in controlling of cell proliferation. Phytochemicals of few plants used in ayurvedic treatments were selected to study prevention action of them against Breast Cancer. These phytochemicals were fragmented and these fragments are cross linked with each other which eventually introduced as a novel drug that is used for target binding of RAG proteins and hinder activity of target protein i.e. activation of m-TOR pathway.
