Abstract

This research paper proposes a new indicator to evaluate the COVID-19 responds worldwide. This new indicator is entitled “The COVID-19 National Respond Index (CNR-Index)”. Basically, the CNR-Index is using five new indicators such as (i) the total recovered cases from COVID-19 marginal rate (R’); (ii) the total number of deaths from COVID-19 marginal rate (D’); (iii) the total number of non-recovered from COVID-19 marginal rate (NR’); (iv) the total cases from COVID-19 marginal rate (TC’); (v) the CNR-Index. However, this research paper is willing to evaluate the marginal changes daily of each indicator simultaneously under the application of growth rates. Finally, the final results from these four growth rates make possible to find the CNR-Index to analyze the responds of different regions and countries in the case of COVID-19 through time and space.
