During this period the security personal advised to people for rule regulation but the people avoid the rule regulation while people were roaming. The corona was mostly spread in Eid and on 16th June the was reached to one lace figure in Pakistan. Imran Khan Prime minister told in his speech that Pakistan is developing country and the people are very poor while the people of developed countries are very rich. They have money more for their expenditure while our budget is always deficit and mostly we borrow money from other countries of the world for developmental purpose and our country budget cannot afford to pay sufficient fund to our nation for their expenditure. So the impartial locked down was continued in the country. In some part of the country, marriage ceremonies were held which have increased the corona sick people trend in the country and now it reached to one laces and fifty thousand above. Now government again thinking of locked down and very soon the locked down will be imposed for corona virus controlling in the country. Locked down policy were not fully applied in the country by government of Pakistan. Culture and religious institution avoid the rule regulation. Mosques were not closed as like Saudi Arabia and other countries of the world. Mask, sanitizer social distance methodologies were not fully exercised in the country due to illiteracy. Similarly facilities in the hospitals were weak because there only 2% budget of the GDP was fixed for health services in Pakistan while the budget in the developed country for health services was higher than the developing countries. Per individual cost in Pakistan is 40$, India 60$ while Iran is 445$.The test kit was found less than the requirement. The Pakistan total population number is 22 cores while still 900000 PCR tests were processed in the country. Similarly the governments still try to bring the other people of Pakistan who are working outside the countries while few people go against this policy. The ICU beds were found less than the requirement. No proper dress was provided to Doctor Community in the hospital and because of this majority Doctors were found infected by corona virus. Due to staff infection few hospital of the country was closed; similarly required facilities were not provided to the nation and large number of people were died in the country. In February the death number was below 100 while now it reached to above 2000 in June. School and colleges and other institution of the country is still closed. Imran Khan Government has provided Rs.12000 per family to poor people of the community through Ihsas Program. Large Funds were provided to Pakistan by WHO. On 12th June Budget was passed and new tax was not imposed on the nation while salary of the government employees and pensioners were not increased in the budget. ll sectors of the economy were found closed and economic growth was found -1 %. Mental torture was faced to community in the country while sugar, blood pressures were increased in the country due to social stigma. On the basis of problems the study recommend that to fully imposed the locked down in the country; More fund adjusted to health sector in the budget; New Hospitals should be made for pandemic problems in the country; Sanitizer, Wash hands, Social distance etc methodologies should be followed in the country; Give punishment to those who goes against the rule regulation of the country; During locked down food should be provided to the nation; Few hours should be allowed for purchase of daily consumption; Social contact should be avoided; Social gathering and ceremonies should be closed in the country while more funds should be provided to farmers, industrial owner business men in the country for uplifting the economy of Pakistan.
