Abstract
There exists a rich literature of legal-writing pedagogy, but legal writing has come somewhat late to the online education space. Meanwhile, the allied field of technical communication has been delivering courses (and degree programs) online since the mid 1990s. This bibliographic essay seeks to offer some connections, insights, and resources that technical communication scholarship may be able to offer to legal writing teachers who choose (or are forced) to deliver education online. The author prepared this essay for the LR&W Online Teaching Excellence Conference, William & Mary Law School, June 19, 2020.
