Abstract

Swatch Bharat Abhiyan is the Campaign Initiated by Govt Of India in year 2014. The campaign had the focus to control and improve Hygiene Conditions in Rural India. On such a scale at National level this has been an innovative idea. The Govt of India not only tried to adopt physical efforts but shifted to behavioral efforts. Behavioral Route was the challenging way out for large population based country like India. Gandhiji was the main inspiration for Govt for this campaign.

Community Participation was the principal strategize movement. The group of volunteers will work together and will inspire others to keep surroundings together. This will work in a coordinated manner.The toilets will be constructed in rural areas. Corporate have also shown participation in this. This will likely to promote rural employment opportunity. This paper will examine the role of Zila Panchayat for promotion of Community Motivation.
