Abstract

Arabic Abstract: هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة دور استخدام التكنولوجيا الرقمية في تقييم الأداء المؤسسي ومدى ملائمة الاستخدام الالكتروني في مجال التقييم, وفق أسلوب التقييم الذكي في مؤسسة بسمة أمل لرعاية مرضى السرطان بقطاع غزة, وقد استخدم الباحثان المنهج التجريبي, وذلك لمناسبته في طبيعة الدراسة التطبيقية, وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع العاملين في كافة الوظائف في المؤسسة محل الدراسة البالغ عدد (25), وبأسلوب الحصر الشامل وتم جمع البيانات من خلال تشكيل لجنة مهنية حسب نظام النموذج المقترح, وتم ادخال البيانات الى برنامج محوسب, وتم الحصول على مؤشرات رقمية نتيجة التقييم الذكي, وكان من أهم النتائج التجريبية أن هناك دور وأهمية لاستخدام التكنولوجيا في التقييم الرقمي الذكي من حيث الدقة والجودة والسرعة في الحصول على المعلومات, بالإضافة لانخفاض التكلفة وذلك عند المقارنة بنظم التقييم الورقية وأيضاً اقتراح الحلول لمعالجة جوانب الضعف الناتجة عن التقييم التقليدية, واتضح أن لدى مؤسسة بسمة أمل ذكاء متوسط بنسبة 58,1%, وكانت نسب معايير الذكاء على النحو التالي: (القيادة 68.7%, التخطيط 56%, تطوير المعرفة 57,3%, الابتكار45,8%, التكنولوجيا 69.2 %, التقييم والرقابة 41,6%, ضغوط الأداء 62,8%, الانتظام والتوافق 57,5%, الاتصال التنظيمي 65,3%).

English Abstract: The study aimed to know the role of using digital technology in assessing institutional performance and the appropriateness of electronic use in the field of evaluation, According to the smart assessment method at Basmat Amal Foundation for cancer patients in the Gaza Strip, The researchers used the experimental method, This is due to its suitability in the nature of applied study, The study population was employees in all jobs in the institution under study, which was (25) employees, The data was collected by forming a professional committee according to the suggested model system, The data was computerized into a program, and digital indicators were obtained as a result of the smart assessment, One of the most important experimental results was that there is importance for using technology in smart digital assessment in accuracy, quality and speed in getting information, in addition to low costs, when comparing paper-based evaluation systems. Also, proposing solutions to overcome the weaknesses points from the traditional evaluation. And it turned out that Basmat Amal Foundation has an average of intelligence of 58.1%, Intelligence criteria ratios were as follow, (Leadership 68.7%, planning 56%, knowledge development 57,3%, innovation 45,8%, technology 69.2%, evaluation and control 41,6%, performance pressures 62,8%, regularity and compatibility 57,5%, organizational communication 65, 3%).
