Abstract

Precipitation is the meteorological wonder that has the best influence on human exercises. Precipitation is significantly aimed at food generation strategy, supervision of water source, altogether action tactics in the landscape. The occasion of postponed non-rainfall period or overpowering precipitation at the essential periods of the yield advancement may provoke basic diminishing in yield. The majority of India GDP is depending on crop productivity. This paper presents the various developments that have taken place on rainfall analysis from past many years. This paper describes the various methods of rainfall prediction over the years. This paper will also give a comparative study on the various rainfall prediction methods that are available for the prediction of future rainfall more accurately.
