Russian Abstract:Научно-исследовательская работа посвящена анализу практики формирования кадровых резервов, определению условий и факторов, влияющих на уровень зрелости резерва как комплексной кадровой технологии, а также возможностей формирования Единого многоуровневого резерва системы государственного управления.

English Abstract: The research work is devoted to the analysis of the practice of forming personnel reserves, determining the conditions and factors affecting the level of maturity of the reserve as an integrated personnel technology, as well as the possibilities of forming a single multi-level reserve of the public administration system.
