Abstract
The current study was designed to assess the scientific attitude among secondary school students of Kohima town, which is the capital of Nagaland with respect to their gender and management. The sample was selected through stratified random sampling technique. There is equal representation of the samples drawn from both the sectors. Data were collected using a scientific attitude scale developed and validated by Gakhar, SC and Amandeep Kaur. The total sample was 357 with 170 male and 187 female students from secondary students. The data were analyzed with percentage analysis, median percent, and Chi-square for hypotheses testing at 0.05 level of significance.
