Abstract
The future might consist of using AI to judge the judgment of human judges. Presumably, a court case could be appealed to an AI system that reviews the outcome and process involved. Some believe that the AI ought to then be allowed to either affirm or remand the case. We don’t have AI yet that is at this caliber of performance, but predictions are that we will inevitably get there.
