Abstract

Spanish Abstract:Durante el estado de emergencia, la actividad de los tribunales rumanos continúa en casos de especial urgencia. En estos casos, si es posible, los tribunales toman las medidas necesarias para llevar a cabo la audiencia judicial por videoconferencia y proceden a la comunicación de los documentos procesales por fax, correo electrónico u otros medios que garanticen la transmisión del texto del documento y confirmación de su recibo.

English Abstract: During this time, the judges are not relieved of activities, on the contrary, the remaining stocks are drafted, the effort is daily, carried out more from home, only regular court sessions are missing. The Romanian Judges’ Forum Association asked the Romanian Superior Council of Magistracy, the Ministry of Justice, the Special Telecommunications Service and all the courts to implement an extensive and fast digitalization of the Romanian courts.
