Building Our Moral Foundation

Abstract

The spiritual model of humanity places choice of ideas to adopt and apply as a primary driver of all life experience. Selection of poor ideas, unreasoned, and self-serving may be temporarily satisfying, but is building the intellectual platform that if continued long-term, will erode life experience, and lead to social tension, and disintegration. Truth, in the form of verisimilitude, is important, and will eventually out, and where lacking will result in fractious social relations as the deceit of manipulated reasoning, intentionally offering ideas of low verisimilitude, is resisted by those subjected to the manipulation, and those who seek long term secure intellectual foundation to society.

Woke thinking is false manipulative reasoning due failure of global social science in identifying the scientific explanation of the mechanisms of individual psychology, society and the link between the two. Woke thinking defined as a short cut to estimated moral and ethical platform to serve in a diverse, fair, just society of peaceful co-existence. This short-cut forced since there was no secure platform from which to follow a reasoned path to conclusions.

This paper accounts for the emergence of woke thinking, highlights its limitation as a long-term intellectual position, and provides detailed more secure reasoned alternative.
