Abstract

The entrepreneurship of top management is a critical factor for the growth of the firm. Entrepreneurship has a tendency to weaken with the transmission of management from generation to generation, which causes the senescence of the firm. The senescence of entrepreneurship and organizational communication elucidate the process of senescence of the firm.
