Abstract

I have written a short piece (about 38 pages) on John Roberts' fourth amendment opinions in the DC Circuit. He's been a part of eight published opinions (writing four for the court, one dissent, and three without an opinion). This is tea-leaves stuff but there is enough there to have some tentative thoughts on his Fourth Amendment views.
