Abstract

This essay, written for the symposium Bloggership: How Blogs Are Transforming Legal Scholarship, adopts the format of a blog and argues in favor of preserving the playful, spontaneous qualities of blogging. Blogging is a powerful and fruitful form of writing which should be allowed to develop in its own fashion and not constrained by the conventions of scholarship.
