Abstract
The long-anticipated Ohio Supreme Court eminent domain decision keeps the property owners on their property. But does it do anything more than that? The Court seems to apply new levels of scrutiny to eminent domain, but in failing to examine the factual content of such terms as economic development, deterioration and property, it opens up the trial courts to conflicting decisions.
