Abstract
Over the last five decades Dan B. Dobbs has been a leading figure in the fields of Torts and Remedies. In this article, which opens the Dan B. Dobbs Conference on Economic Tort law, his colleague and coauthor offers a tribute to this prolific and influential scholar.
