Abstract

We know that we are actually living in a complex World due to globalization phenomenon. The rate of change and the volume of communication in life today have no parallel at any period in the history. This papers has as objective explain the gap between the genders in Emerging Markets at the level of knowledge management (km). Countries like India, Egypt, Saudi Arabia and Pakistan should so to define measures of economics policy for promotion of education, not only for unique gender but for both genders, that do not exclude the female gender and the government in these countries should to include in their educational policies measures that have as objective to inform and explain how it is important for people go to the school, and that women can contribute too with their knowledge for economic progress and development of their country.
