The Boston College Law School Legal Studies journal makes available abstracts and papers produced by members of its law school faculty in all areas of law, with no distinction between methodological approach or disciplinary category. The journal's faculty editor is currently Professor Katharine Young and its administrative editor is currently Avi Bauer. Submit papers to Mr. Bauer at lawpubs@bc.edu. Submissions should include an electronic copy of the paper (if consistent with existing agreements) and an abstract of 500 or fewer words.
