Assistant Professor
Job Description & Qualification
The E.J. Ourso College of Business at Louisiana State University is accepting applications for a tenure-track position at the Assistant Professor level. Candidates must be actively involved in academic research, have a strong commitment to produce the highest quality research, publishable in top-tier academic journals. Candidates will be expected to teach undergraduate and/or graduate level Finance courses. Teaching load is equivalent to two courses per semester (i.e., four courses per academic year).
Minimum Qualifications:
PhD in Finance or related field. ABD candidates will be considered. Degree must be conferred by time of appointment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Demonstrated or have strong potential for outstanding research and commitment to teaching at both the undergraduate and graduate levels.
