About the Organization
KAIST College of Business was included in ‘Top 100 Global MBA’ and ranked 21st in 2023 ‘Executive Education Ranking’ by Financial Times. It is located in Seoul, Korea and is an AACSB-accredited school with leading MBA and Executive Programs as well as academically-oriented Master and Ph.D. programs. We provide an excellent research environment that includes a low teaching load (6 credit hours per year for the first 3 years, and then 6 to 9 credit hours per year based on individual preference), active seminar series, and subscriptions of the voluminous database widely used by finance academics/practitioners mostly with the WRDS platform and the Bloomberg terminal. In addition, our school offers a comprehensive and generous fringe benefit package including faculty campus housing (free for the first two years) and substantial start-up research funds, which can be used in part to cover moving expenses from around the world.
