Job Description & Qualification

The Faculty of Business Administration at Bilkent University invites applications for full-time, tenure-track faculty positions in Finance at all ranks.

We are seeking candidates committed to producing high-quality research with strong potential to publish in the top finance and economics journals. Assistant Professorship applicants should have or be close to completing a PhD in Finance or Economics with an emphasis in Finance. Starting Assistant Professors receive additional research funding and a reduced teaching load during their first two years.

Associate and Full Professorship applicants must have a demonstrated record of excellence in research and teaching.

The starting date is September 2025.
