Abstract

This Note explores the impact of the recent Supreme Court case United States v. Jones on the relevance of Fourth Amendment privacy protections in the Information Age. The Note focuses on the questions raised by the concurring opinions in Jones regarding the expectations of privacy associated with the voluntary communication of personal data in modern society.
